A public financial report in MoneyHouse: a pie chart of contributions and a chart of income by month

One workspace for the whole team

Everyone works with the same accounts, categories, and operations.

Shared workspace

Accounts, categories, and operations live in one place, so every member sees the current picture.

Accounting together

Several people add income and expenses to the same workspace, and account balances update for everyone.

Access permissions

Give each member a role: view only, add only, manage their own records, full accounting, or administrator.

See who entered what

The operations list shows the author of every record. Members are invited by a workspace administrator.

Show how shared funds are used

Share a monthly financial report with members, supporters, or anyone you send the link to. Viewers do not need an account.

View an example report

The example opens in a demo workspace with sample data.

What you can set up in a public report

  • Show the operations behind the report, or keep only the totals.
  • Show or hide account balances.
  • Replace real amounts with sample amounts when you only want to show the structure of spending.

Who MoneyHouse is for

Volunteer and community projects

Several coordinators keep one shared fund. Everyone sees income and expenses, and the month's results can be shown to the people who support the project.

Parent committees

Collections for a class or school need to be clear. The treasurer enters operations, other parents can only view, and the report opens from a link.

Clubs and associations

Membership fees, rent, and shared purchases in one record. Access rights decide who can change entries and who can only view them.

Small organizations and shared initiatives

Accounts in different currencies, income and expense categories, and readable reports for internal control and budget discussions.

FAQ

Can several people work in one MoneyHouse workspace?

Yes. A workspace administrator invites members, and everyone works with the same accounts, categories, and operations.

Can different members have different permissions?

Yes. The roles are view only, add only, own accounting, full accounting, and administrator. A member who only adds or manages their own records cannot change other people’s operations.

Can we show financial reports to people outside our team?

Yes. A monthly report can be published by link, and viewers do not need an account. You choose whether to show the operations and account balances, or replace real amounts with sample amounts.

Does MoneyHouse support multiple currencies?

Yes. Accounts can be in different currencies, including hryvnia, dollars, and euros, and you can view the overall picture converted into one currency.

How much does a shared workspace cost?

There is a permanent free plan with limits, an extended trial, and Premium. A workspace uses its owner’s plan, so each member does not need their own paid subscription. A new account also receives an extended trial for 2 months.
