MoneyHouse - Remove personal data from the service

The user can at any time change (update, add to) personal data provided to them or part of them, as well as the parameters of their privacy by using the function edit and customize access to personal information, as well as require the Company to completely remove his account and all personal data from the database data Privacy.

To remove your perosnal data from the service please:
1. Login to the service.
2. Select "Workspaces" -> "Remove workspace".
3. Enter your password to confirm your request.

After that in 14 days all your personal data will be permanently removed from the service.

Application is developing with continuous integration approach.

Terms of service

1. General

1.1. This Agreement (hereinafter - Agreement) describes the conditions applicable when visitors (hereinafter - the User) using materials and services on this site (hereinafter - the Site).
1.2. Register on the Site and using of the Site by the User means that the User accepts and agrees to comply with all of the following conditions of this Agreement.
1.3. The Site is served by the site owner and is an online service that provides information management services home bookkeeping and accounting services and personal finance management site visitors (hereinafter - the users).
1.4. Any information (text, images, multimedia content, software code and other intellectual property rights) contained on this Site (except copyrighted material, trademarks for goods and services (trade marks) and other intellectual property rights owned by third parties in particular, advertisers) belongs to the Site Administration. This information can be used in any way without the prior written consent of Site Administration.

2. Rights and obligations of the User

2.1. The User shall evaluate all the risks associated with the use of the Site, including the assessment of the reliability, accuracy, completeness or usefulness of its contents.
2.2. The User agrees not to violate the performance of the site by posting information containing viruses, creating an additional load on the server, using programs that are not caused by the functional content of the information resource, and in other ways.
2.3. The user has the right to unsubscribe from receiving mailings, provided services of a site.
2.4. The user can delete his workspace, but cannot delete his account from the system.
2.5. The user is responsible for the safety of their login and password.

3. Rights and responsibilities of the Site Administration

3.1. This Agreement may be wholly or partially changed by the Administration of the Site without notice. The new version of the Agreement enters into force on the date of its publication on the Site.
3.2. The Site Administration reserves the right to send users notification of the news service, notice of a technical nature, as well as information on the offers advertisers.
3.3. The Site Administration undertakes not to provide information about users of the Site to any third party.
3.4. The Site Administration undertakes to maintain the functionality of the Site and to make efforts to ensure its uninterrupted or error free operation.
3.5. In case of force majeure (fighting, war, emergency, disaster, and so on. Etc..) the Site Administration does not guarantee the security of information submitted by the User, as well as the smooth operation of an information resource.
3.6. The Site Administration has the right to block access to a site that could interfere with normal operation of the site, or inflicting direct or indirect harm to the Site or to other users.

4. Liability and limitation of liability

4.1. Administration does not bear responsibility:
4.1.1. for the content, availability and accuracy of the material on the Site hyperlinks;
4.1.2. for the content, direction and activities of the company's website on the Site hyperlinks;
4.1.3. for the accuracy of advertising materials placed on the site, and the quality of the advertised goods, works and services;
4.1.4. for any direct or indirect damages (losses) arising out of the use of (somehow related to the use), or the inability to use the Site;

5.6. By accepting this agreement, the user confirms that he understood his rights as defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", as well as the purpose of collecting, storing and processing of his personal data. The user also agrees that the term of processing of personal data is of indefinite duration.
5.7. The user can at any time change (update, add to) personal data provided to them or part of them, as well as the parameters of their privacy by using the function edit and customize access to personal information, as well as require the Company to completely remove his account and all personal data from the database data Privacy.
5.8. The purpose of the collection, storage and processing of personal data is to provide personalized services to the user of the Site, including access to a private section, authorization, password reminder, targeting promotional materials, communication with users, including notifications, requests and information regarding use of the Site , services, processing of user requests, as well as other services of the Site.
